First time in store and it was amazing. I felt just like a family member. Jenn and Bill were so nice to me. I am an older person and i was getting warm and Jenn gave me a bottle of water. very very satisfied with their service. I will go back.

She was going above and beyond to help me, even told me about charms coming out just by seeing I had one charm on my bracelet like it already.

As soon as I entered I was greeted. The sales associate was willing to help me make my exchange. I was assisted with making a new purchase as well.

I got helped very quickly. They gave me a great selection based on what I was looking for. Then, they gathered all I needed and looked for the merchandise I needed. It took 10-12 minutes from the moment I walked in.
