I was satisfied because… my Wife’s birthday is around the corner and I wanted to get something very special… well all I can say is she loved it

I was able to place an order for a charm that the store did not have at this time and have it shipped to me-very convenient.

My sales associate took her time with me and let me try on everything I wanted to. I have a hard time making decisions and she was very patient with me. When I couldn't make up my mind, she offered suggestions.

Bill, wrapped beautifully, jenn despite saying she was new and asked where something Was didn’t seem like she was new at all so professional and great salesperson.

I enjoyed the new Pandora me selection-can’t wait to add to my collection. I like the free cleaning and Bill is very respectful and knowledgeable.
