I made a purchase in February 2021 of 2 rose gold rings. It has only been 6 months and the product has worn beyond belief. The product has also been turning my girlfriends hand green. It was my first purchase from Pandora and i couldn’t believe it. I know $300-400 isn’t a lot and probably doesn’t buy you quality, life time jewelry. But I expected at least a year out it at the very least. Bill, the manager or the 5043 Tuttle Crossing Blvd Dublin, OH 43016 United States, took great care of me. He exchanged the product quickly and made me feel very comfortable to shop here again. He was also very knowledgeable about what not to do and what to do to preserve the quality. Such as not letting other places clean the jewelry for the solutions might be very strong and harmful.

The person that helped was very nice and he also knew a lot about the Pandora jewelry. He pointed me into the right direction to get the right jewelry. I will most definitely keep adding to my Pandora collection.

I had to have my bracelet replaced under warranty and the staff members, Emalyn and Jacqueline, were extremely helpful!
