Bill helped me out as soon as I walked in the store. His knowledge of the merchandise amazed me. If I had any questions about the merchandise, he answered it swiftly. I was very satisfied with the help that was given during my visit.

The store manager assisted me and he was highly knowledgeable about the Pandora products. One of the items I wanted to see in person was not available in his store. He was able to locate in Dayton and called to have it put on hold for a day or two until I make a final decision.

Robert my salesman was very thorough and helpful. While I was looking he took my two bracelets and cleaned them. He and his other sales person even helped me in showing me new items and placing the new charms on my bracelets. It was just an great expereince!
