Jacqueline was extremely nice and quite knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was relatable and very down to earth. She knew her job very well and had excellent customer service skills. I could tell she loved her job and she made me want to come back just to be helped by her.

The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have the original charm I was looking for but Robert P. Of the Tuttle store in Columbus , Ohio was Very Very helpful and knowledgeable of thing and gave us Excellent Service.
