Bill was very helpful. I didn’t know what I wanted at all, and he asked probing questions so he m ew what to suggest. I ended up buying an owl charm (& I LOVE owls), and a very beautiful green charm b/c that’s my favorite color. I will definitely be back to get more charms & to start my rose gold bracelet. Hopefully Bill will be there when I go in lol.

Great customer service

The clerks are very friendly and welcoming. They all greeted me when I entered the door. They would like to help me decide which ring do I fit the best. And the store is clean and tidy.
