Bought two promise rings for my girlfriend. The next day had to return for an exchange because she told me wrong size. When I went in for return the woman was very very nice about it an had no problem exchanging the rings for me. Whole exchange process took no more then 5 mins. Would recommend to any of my friends looking to buy his girl some jewelry.. thanks pandora an staff..

Covid protocol were not able to be practiced store to small and no one to control the process. My representative was nice tho.
