I was looking for 2 charms for my mom's bracelet she passed away two years ago and every year I buy two charms one for her Birthday and one for Mother's Day the young lady that helped me was so nice she made me feel very comfortable. I wish I would have her name because I would let her know how I feel and to thank her.
