I had a charm to exchange that I had received for a Christmas gift. I had the same exact charm, I was able to exchange this with no problems. Very happy with the exchange and the purchase of my new charm. I have three bracelets.

She was very patient and relatable with ring sizes and specific pieces of rings we both found cute. It was a very great atmosphere and vibe to be in. I loved how I was greeted as soon as I came into Pandora, made me feel very welcomed!

The customer service was great overall visit was nice and my wife was happy with the purchase of The Drew for her bracelets. Store was very queen and healthy.

The sales associate I had was actually a manager, Bill. He was very helpful since this was my first time purchasing anything Pandora. I feel the bracelet I was going to purchase was slightly big, I figured this out when I shopped at the Polaris, OH location the next day. I was very satisfied at both locations! When I went to Polaris I bought my second bracelet which was a choice from the previous day with Bill but in a smaller size. The one I bought from Bill is perfect! I LOVE IT! I would purchase this bracelet again if I repeated this visit! Bill was VERY nice! He answered MULTIPLE questions since I had limited knowledge. Bill was patient as well and politely kept the store organized and customer flow with Covid without interrupting the relationship between him and I. Highly recommend! The store is slightly on the smaller side. Typically this would not be an issue at all but I do have a walker currently and it is only slightly a problem to work throughout the store but not impossible at all! Thankful for all of Bill’s help and how happy I have as a new Pandora owner! So happy I visited a second store the next day to purchase a second bracelet!

I was highly satisfied with the product and the 2 ladies that helped me. Payton had to take over my transaction because the first sales lady was bilingual and needed to help another customer.

Payton was amazing. She was very helpful and personal. She shared ideas and thoughts to help me decide. I love everything I purchased and she made the exchange easy.
