I came in for a birthday gift for my daughter who has never had a bracelet. I didn’t have any specific charm in my mind. Jacqueline took the time to ask questions on specifics to my daughter. She helped find a very meaningful charm that my daughter & I both loved. It was the best experience I have had yet in a store & have been shopping here for about 5/6 years.
