Jacqueline was fabulous and very helpful! Her customer service and knowledge was greatly appreciated. I am a long time Pandora customer and this is probably the best interaction I’d ever had in the store. I expected it to be a little off due to the pandemic but I was made very comfortable and bought more than planned because Of this.

Jacqueline my sales lady was very sweet and personable. This was my first time purchasing Pandora, but I do own Pandora peices. I did have experience with a bracelet a few years ago but issue I experienced is that it was very hard to clasp and unclasp.

The mandatory mask rule to enter the store was AMAZING!! I was so happy to see that in place upon entering! I am giving more business to stores that are doing so and less to stores that aren't.
