The associate took time to clean the counter and merchandise the previous customer touched. Associate arranged to have a charm shipped to me because they did not have it in store. Everyone was very friendly.

I love that the guy who helped me was so nice and understanding he really helped me make sure i got my money’s worth so I don’t buy anything that will break and helped me got the charms that matched me perfectly

They helped me check out several rings till I found the right one and size ring for my mothers birthday present.

The sales person was extremely helpful and kind. Her name was Jacqueline. She helped with my selection and narrowing everything down as well as taking care of my previous purchases and cleaning them out.

The staff at the Dublin location were absolutely wonderful. I felt as if I was visiting with friends during my time in the store. The laughter and conversation was fantastic.

The store was very clean! The costumer service was amazing! The choices they had available was great, and I will definitely be coming back to buy more!

I appreciate the associate informing us to have a mask on before entering, so everyone in the store has on masks and I felt that Pandora is looking out for the safety of their employees as well as their customers. Thank you.

I came in looking for a specific item that apparently was from last year. Bill, knowingly knew that the store I was I no longer had the item, but called several stores and was able to locate it for me.

The item(s) that I was looking for were unavailable in the store and so my associate began to call around to other stores and then I inquired about a second item and a second associate began to call stores looking for my items as well! I felt they went above and beyond to find what I was looking for
