Bill, the associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable about the product. I had a couple of ideas in mind, and he offered some excellent suggestions. I wanted to add a charm to one bracelet, and his suggestion fit what I wanted exactly. I also bought another charm, as I couldn't decide which one I liked better. He listened to what I was looking for, and was so helpful in my making my decision. Excellent sales person all around.

The representative was very nice and assisted us in exchanging a bracelet that the clasp had broken. She offered different clasped bracelets then she also recommended a larger size bracelet. She also assisted with showing other products that we will most likely return to purchase at a later date. We were very pleased with her customer service.
