The store was very busy but I love the fact that the sales representative knew exactly when I went in and help me right when he was done with the customer before me. I love the fact that he was nice and friendly and made conversation in a manner that was not intrusive or rude. He took his time to show me the different rings and sizes and processed my exchange in a timely manner.

The sales associate that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very willing to help and made several useful suggestions. She did not make me feel rushed and was very patient. That is not always the case in this day and age, especially with it being the holiday season.
