The reason why I was so highly satisfied with my experience is because they had the ring that I needed to replace my old one that was broke. And the gentlemen that waited on me was very helpful by not only looking for the ring but searching other locations for the ring as well. He was very nice and did an awesome job at helping me.

the two ladies working in the store were very friendly and helpful. They knew exactly where to find what I was looking for and showed me things that would work nicely with the items I was looking to purchase. I was asked if I wanted the receipt emailed or printed or both, I was thanked for shopping and asked to stop in again.

I brought in a charm bracelet of my daughter and got it clean and Bought a charm for her birthday

The employee was very nice. He had a lot of information about everything I looked at. Also asked told me about the survey. I will definitely be returning within the next 90 days to make another purchase at the Tuttle location.

I have shopped other locations and always return to this location because of the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. They always have a variety to choose from and if an item is not in stock they are prompt to call when it comes in. They are not pushy for sales.

My boyfriend got me a ring for my birthday and it was the wrong size so i called the store to see if my size was in stock which it was gratefully. Jacqueline was the associate who helped me n which she was very friendly , she had quick customer service & again was very kind & I’m very satisfied with my ring !
