Cathy & Jessica fixed an unethical issue cause by Chen A 183898, store# 0244. Chen wasn’t honest and sold me an incorrect bangle that wasn’t able to be returned. Thank you Cathy & Jessica at store# 0405 for being an asset & for going over and beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer, I even purchased an additional charm while at their store.
