The staff was amazing. Helpful and very friendly. I purchased charms, got my bracelets cleaned and they put my new charms on my bracelets. Very satisfied.

I am always greeted by name by the sales associates upon entering the store. I usually have a few items on a list to look at and they promptly get these items and also a few other items they think I may also be interested in to compare. I never feel rushed and they are always willing to align the charms on a bracelet to see different possibilities.

The employee helped me was very helpful. She even gave me advice on other charms that would match and go with the charm I got. She also mentioned blue star weekend and I will be coming back this weekend for more!

The store is in a convenient location inside the mall, very close to the mall entrance. The store is well lit and the merchandise neatly and in orderly displays. The sales associate was extremely helpful, not pushy, and very cordial throughout our interaction. She also knew a lot about the merchandise.
