The sales associate was very helpful and found just what I was looking for

I came in with a bead stuck on my bracelet. I had brought it in previously and told that my only option was to cut the bracelet. I was also given the number of consumer affairs. I called and I messed up in sending in the bracelet for repair. (I got super busy and had no way to print the label). Before I came into the store this time, I had finally gotten the bead off (using pliers). I thought that I would need to replace the bead because of it getting stuck. I met Kendall Jirovsek. She spent the next hour helping me determine that the bead was not broke. It was getting stuck on the bangle bracelet because of the width of the bead (splish splash). She recommended a new bracelet (smooth) because it didn’t have the groves that my bead was getting stuck on. She also pulled out dozens of beads for me to figure out which one I wanted to buy. She showed me that I could buy a clip in order to prevent the beads from falling off of this new bracelet. She was amazing and very kind with all of my questions.

Sales associate Eva was very helpful and patient and made some good suggestions. She showed me 2 necklaces which I had never considered trying on before - and I did end up buying them both!
