Pandora Jewelry

The associates knew the product and were very friendly. I was looking for a charm to represent my newest grandchild. The first two are represented by their nicknames Sunshine(Sun) and Button Buck(reindeer). There is no Tadpole charm but the associate worked with me to find an appropriate substitute.

Today I went in for my girlfriend's upcoming birthday and wanted to pick out some charms. I'm a 27 year old boy, picking out these items is not a talent of mine. Fortunately, I had the most excellent sales associate, Valerie. She was more than helpful. She was extremely helpful. I believe I only picked out one specific charm she recommended but her other suggestions led me to also purchase a nice clip to hold the charms in place. An excellent recommendation. Valerie was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I really feel good about my purchase today. I've never had a bad Pandora experience at their store but your sales associate was absolutely worth complementing today. If one your corporate people or secret shoppers were there, they would be impressed.

Salesperson was very friendly. The size closed bangle I wanted was in stock. The salesclerk also provided a bag to store the bracelet in that would keep the bracelet from tarnishing.

She even mentioned that Pandora stores offer free cleaning; and that Valentine’s Day items would be available on Dec. 8. Selection was good. Store had a comfortable setting. Looking forward to more Pandora purchases.
