From the time we walked in the ladies were very pleasant and helpful. They showed us the items we were interested in seeing and the price. We will be back.

The sales representative was very patient because I took a lot of time. She showed me other charms for future purchases. She also changed my bracelet around and added my three new charms to it. When I go back I will ask for her, very excellent service.

The sales associate was great!

Although it was Black Friday, I made the trip to Pandora with my list. I was greeted immediately and had a very short wait until I was helped. Katie, was very helpful and even asked if I would like my choice, gift wrapped. The entire experience was stress free! I actually was so pleased with the whole process! So excited to see the reaction of the recipient of my gift on Christmas morning!

The associate that assisted us was very helpful. She even called another store to have items put on hold since their store was sold out

Our sales associate, Alie, was patient with all our needs. When our store didn't have the necklace we wanted she called the Polaris store and they pulled everything we needed. Then when a necklace at our store became available during our time, she pulled everything for our transaction and called Polaris store to cancel our order. She did it all with a smile. Another associate stepped in as well to help, but cannot remember her name. This made our Christmas shopping pleasurable!
