I first called looking for the ring and the correct size I needed. She didn't put me on hold and looked quickly and found both the sizes I was looking for. She offered to hold them for me. I went right up to the store and I believe it wasn't even the same associate I spoke to on the phone but asked if I was Sue when I said they were holding a ring for me. The associate wrapped it up and already gave me a gift receipt before I asked. Very nice experience.
