Our sales associate mistakenly told us the incorrect price for the bracelet we were about to purchase. Unfortunately, we did not realize until we looked at the receipt back home. We will have to return to the store.

There were a few items I was looking for and this particular location doesn’t have much to choose from and was not in stock of the items charms I was looking for.

The selection of charms. They need more of a selection at this location. The one I came in to buy was out of stock

Pandora has me listed under several account not really sure why as there was an incorrect email address and the salesclerk did not have the ability to fix

Dennis was not familiar with the merchandise. He was kind. The availability of mechanize was waning There were a lot of empty slots. Only one grandmother and one granddaughter charm. Not good since the grandmother is stereotypical and not up to date with todays grandmother. No gymnastics and no basketball

Pandora does not have many discounted charms.
