Knowledgeable staff who work together to find what the customer is looking to purchase. Limited availability of merchandise means you do not have instruments (drumsets), basketballs, motorcycles, etc.

I feel that the associates should be clean and look nice. I feel the since the associates are working with there hands to show you jewelry there nails should be done and well kept.

Sales associate did not suggest anything to help me with my purchase. I was at one counter and never was introduced to other items for sale in your store. I know you had more bracelets than what I was shown.

When I walked in I was greeted and helped ASAP however I felt like the manager was a little rude in the way he said stuff. Yes, he had knowledge of the items however the tone or the way he presented himself while explaining things he sounded rude. His trainee was actually nice and has patience.

My visit was good , the girl that helped me was friendly as always , she had helped me before in the past so she was familiar with me and she tried to show me things i would like.

I was just wanting to pick out a bracelet and charm. But the sale person kept pushing for more.Even though I made the price known

They were very kind with the purchase exchange that was being made. Really appreciated their help with the process.

I went in looking for a specific kind of charm, they did not have it but the sales associate did a great job at showing me other options.

There were three associates all helping one person and my niece and I waiting for 20 minutes to be helped.
