It just didn’t wow me, everything was fine, but the customer service aspect of it was not great

The item that I purchased is defective i have to revisit the store to return item.

I never give highly satisfied remarks, in surveys like this. I feel that if I do, it does not leave any room for improvement.

There were not many selections. Not enough spacers in stock in store. Not enough options. Need to have more in expensive items available because that’s your cake were kids can buy for themselves and for others. Would love to give you ideas as my daughter and I have some great ones.

Some of the products i wanted to see are out of stock in store and some of the stuff i saw on the book that are new, are in store but another associate told me it wasn't. But someone else helped me when I saw that it was on display. so overall it's okay

The customer service rep was very friendly. She took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Wanted to make sure that we were happy with what we were getting and wasn't trying to rush us through the purchase. She had even recognized us from having been in the store before and purchased other items.

I was not highly satisfied because I wanted to buy an adjustable necklace chain for the charm I bought. The chain was not in stock. Otherwise, my visit was fine.

Had my product less than a week and it feel off my arm and is now lost. Very heart broken. It was secure placed i got the tbone bracket for this reason
