I went back into the store the very next day to browse a little more I had a little more free time and noticed that you had the exact same charm on a bracelet as a set for only not even $20 more than the charm price it would be nice as the sales person would have recommended to me purchasing the set for only $20 more I was in quite a hurry and trying to buy a charm for a memorial for a dear friend of mine that I lossed. Adjust for bed nice if the sales associate would have just simply pointed out that for $20 more I could have had the bracelet and the charm I do plan on returning when I was there the next day there was a gentleman that help me I'm not sure P was a manager not very kind very knowledgeable and let me know that that would be even more on a sale on Friday. He helped me a lot.

It was a helpful simple standard transaction. The ladies did answer my questions and we're helpful with switching charms around until I found the right arrangement. I was not highly satisfied because they did not have one of the charms I really preferred in stock. To no fault of their own.

The sales lady wasn’t the nicest to us. She help us out but she could’ve been nicer. She became nicer the more she saw we were buying.

I walked into the store and was immediately helped. I was looking for someone else instead of myself and the employee offered her opinions and expertise which was helpful. They gift wrapped my item perfectly!

Selection

I was disappointed because this Pandora location seems to be limited on in stock items. The associate told me the item I wanted to purchase was only initially stocked with 3-4 of which just seems extremely low to me. I leave this location dissatisfied more than I do satisfied.

I actually enjoyed my whole experience there!

I dont remember the sales associates name but he is the only male that works there he is always friendly takes his time with me shows me other options when I dont see what I want I typically look for him when I'm there because I know he will take his time and he is very knowledgeable.

The sign didn’t say how many people are allowed in the store & the guy stopped me which was fine but he wasn’t very nice about it

The charms I was looking for they did not have.... the store was out of a lot of charms
