The prices were a bit high and no discountes or specials were offered.

When we walked into the store, the associates were very friendly, but the thing that I and my girlfriend were upset about was that they didn’t have the ring that we wanted in her size.

I was satisfied with my experience. I have no complaints. I went for something specific, I purchased it and left. If I was just shopping around I think it would have been different. I love Pandora, but I was there for someone else.

It was difficult to locate rings in my size. The associates had to go through the displays to find my size. Also, there were not many rings available in my size.

It was very nice and clean. The workers were very helpful and nice . I will definitely be coming back !

I asked for a tray of size 10 1/2 Rings ,for my daughter in law .I was buying rings for her wedding . They only had a little plastic container with maybe 15 rings....Not much to of a choice . But did buy a set plus ear rings a total of $250.00 worth of merchandise just would have liked to have had a bigger selection or have been told we will find it in a nother store....They only suggest ordering The wedding is September 14

My overall experience was good but I purchased a sterling silver chain that after just a few days of having I noticed a defect. There is a small section of the chain that is dingy black. After noticing that I looked at my other pieces that I purchased and one of the rings was a small section like that too. I will be returning/exchanging these items but it is very dissatisfying when you spend hundreds of dollars to get pieces that are dingy and less than perfect.

I was waited on by a new employee and she was obviously not well supported by her colleagues. The manager was too busy with paperwork to help her. So I helped her to find the charm I wanted and then I put it on my bracelet.

Loved that there was a Muslim sales associated who was familiar with the occasion that I was gifting for. She helped me to pick up the best charms that represented the celebration of wearing the hijab for a family friend. We talked about what was age appropriate and how the charms can represent what encompasses in this celebratory moment. There are were also some associates that mentioned that another person had walked in the day before wanting something for a similar celebration. I was very please to hear that the associates that had helped (although not well versed in the celebration), tried to help find that perfect gift that matched the feel of a young girl coming of age and embarking on a challenging journey out of her free will. I walked out making a $500+ extremely pleased that I had chosen Pandora.
