This visit was fine A previous visit very embarassed when they would not let me exchange a duplicate charms for another selection. I just wanted an exchange not to treturn it. It was a gift

Return was smooth and easy, pleasant staff

I WAS able to buy most of what I wanted. I did not have to wait to be assisted. The sale was very good.

Went into store to purchase sale merchandise, but staff was unfamiliar with the specific products which were included in sale

Took my teenage grandson shopping for a Christmas gift for his mother. Felt the item he chose was terribly overpriced. I used to purchase Pandora because it was quality merchandise at affordable prices. I don't feel that way any longer.
