Pandora Jewelry

Not a big price jewelry wearer But my daughter is turning sweet 16 and the only thing she asked for was a Pandora bracelet and charm. Ouch on the price. Glad she only turns 16 once.

Just felt like the 3 associates were ready to pounce on us. They followed us everywhere

The staff was amazing the only thing I did not like was that every charm was either $65 or more.

I spent a lot of time looking for merchandise - both throughout display cabinets and cases, and through your catalog. I kept selecting items from the catalog that were either "seasonal" or "summer" - all of which were either sold out or not available for purchase yet. I was also very disappointed that your 25% off "Nurses" sale was not honored for more than just one day. I was not available to come to a store in person to browse on the one and only day when that promotional discount was offered.

I absolutely abhor not being able to see all the charms to choose from or their pricing. I would buy more if I could, that is an absolute fact. With the way it is set up, I am at the associate’s mercy on what she wants to show me based on how much she thinks I want to spend or what she thinks I can afford. If I ask for purple items, I want to see every single solitary item with purple on it, not two purple crystals or glass. I shouldn’t have to shop online while I am in the store to see what I may be interested in and then ask her to show me as I could do that from my couch at home. I’m in the store and I can’t help myself to items or prices, so I expect to be catered to and overly taken care of on charms or any items.

I love this store, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is convenient! I sometimes am disappointed if a charm has been retired, but overall a great gift idea! Thank you to the Tuttle Mall Staff!
