Did not have charm I wanted.

I have been coming to this pandora for about a year now, and I always receive the best serves. The staff always know what I'm looking for. I was pleased to see that they have a huge selection of Disney charms.

I haven't recieved my adjustment yet

In post holiday season, there were not enough associates in the store. Also, I noticed that some customers were told they could not return an item once it was worn... but they were not aware of the policy. It was not explained well.

It was too busy. But it was Christmas Eve. Lots of charms were out of stock

Very busy and seemed not enough associates to assist. Being first visit to Pandora store, myself and those that came in after me did not realize there was a person taking names so you could be helped.

Although the staff was friendly..I do feel there was disconnect but it was likely due to the fact the associates were millennials and they often have different customer service techniques.

Overall, I had a decent experience with selecting the pieces i wanted for a charm bracelet. It was my first experience with a Pandora store and the staff was very good; however, what I am disappointed with is not finding out about the starter bracelets packages until after i had returned home. I found them while at home in the Pandora catalog I received after my purchase. Had I been made aware of them at the beginning of my search, my purchase choices may have been different. Just saying, make sure the customer is given all opportunities, such as the starter bracelet packages and they may not be as overwhelmed by the vast selection of items available for the bracelets.
