I was to get a 20% discount if I bought over $150.00 in jewelry and I did but received no discount! I have shopped at this store and bought bracelets and beads that go on them as gifts for family and friends. Disappointed 😔 that I was not given a 20% discount and I was sent an early message asking me to come the day before the sale began. Not sure if I will shop at Pandora Shop at Tuttle Mall, in Columbus Ohio...again after Wednesday night, 13 September 2017, evening 7:30 pm ish...gari neal at 1-614-562-9647 thank u

The sales associate that was helping me didn't seem very knowledgeable about the items that I was looking to purchase. She also wasn't able to find the items in the store that I wanted to look at in order to make an informed decision. Finally, she was very awkward at doing her job. She seemed unsure of herself and had to ask the other associates to help her with finding the merchandise.

There was 2 employees and they were helping the same 2 customers for a half hour before they acknowledged me. 2 other separate customers came in and walked back out while I waited to be helped. I don't think I will be going back to the tuttle location for this reason. Ridiculous wait time

I visited the store because my daughter got me a bracelet for my birthday and mother’s day. And it my first one. Two weeks later one of the charms that hold the other charms came off and I was devasted. So I asked the sales person if that usually happens and she asked if I put it on tight and I told her the sales person put it on. So I had to purchase another one. Not happy.

When were looking at the rings and we had to children with us age 7 and 4. They wanted to look not touch the rings that we were discussing in the container but she said that she would not lower them for the two kids to look. They were not touching. I told her to move it to the other counter so the one could make a choice. I held the other one up to see the rings. I think that she could have been more accommodating since Mother's Day is approaching they wanted to buy their mother a ring. Well needless to say we didn't make a choice in your location for the kids.

I went their for a special offer I received in my email but the sales associate told me they only had a enough for 20 customers which was bummer. They also did not have a variety of beads I thought would fit what my gifty would enjoy

The store associate that waited on us was friendly. However there were two associate that came from the back and was not very friendly at all. was very rude

I felt uncomfortable in the store. The sales team acted as if I were going to steal something. It’s the only Pandora store that I have felt that way. I will only shop there if they have the item I want and no other store has it.

The sales staff at the Tuttle Mall location in Dublin Ohio were not personable to talk to. Seemed very ‘stuck up’. The sales gentleman was not easy to speak to or work with. And wasn’t as knowledgeable as I would have liked. This was my first trip to this location after receiving my bracelet and several charms for Christmas. Purchased two charms at the Norfolk Va Naval base NEX. And was thrilled. Two charms and customer care kit purchased at that store. I’m hoping that when I go to the Tuttle Mall location for cleaning or purchases the experience and sales staff will be different
