My daughter knew more about the products and the pricing than the sales associate at the Pandora in Polaris Fashion Place (Columbus, OH). It took her multiple minutes to find any one product, and twice as long to find the price. She also showed us a very limited selection of charms, and didn't even tell us about the holiday limited edition bracelet that you receive if you spend more than $125. Another associate had to literally stop us before leaving and give it to us. The first associate also gave us the incorrect size and we had to go to another Pandora at Tuttle Crossing to exchange. At the second Pandora, the sales associate was much more helpful and quick, and even gave us suggestions as to which products would pair well with what we were buying. We also saw a much wider selection of charms there.

The store was very clean, which is appreciated. I did not have a mask upon entering the store which was also appreciated. The associate that helped me was very rude and seemed to be rushing me to make a purchase and get out.

Two associates pretened to be busy and I was wandering around the store without any assistance until I personally approced the associate and told her what I wanted which is something I’ve never experienced in any Pandora store before

Went for Christmas special. Didn't have the promo bracelet sent me to Polaris told me was open til 9 I got there was closed. Had to drive back to Polaris another day to pick up bracelet. Latch on bracket would not stay closed had to take back and exchange at Tuttle Mall they exchanged for another that was not a tight closer came open on me and list a bead. So had to take it back again they had no more primo bracelets so just gave me a plain bangle instead of offering me one equal value to the promo special one. I have 5 Pandora bracelets and this was very disappointing.

I felt like the associates we’re treating me different, because of my skin color. I felt rushed and all three associates were attending to me but they were not helpful at all.

I have a bangle bracelet that does not stay closed I have spent well over 1000.00 in merchandise from your store and in the end you did not stand by your merchandise I ended up purchasing more items yet the bracelet was under the one year warranty and they did not replace the broken bracelet it is bent and the clasp is loose so the end of the bracelet continues to open on its own I almost lost several of my charms because of this!!!!

I went to the pandora in the Tuttle mall because my bracelet broke. I got the worst customer service there. The pandora in Polaris has a much better staff. So much more friendlier

I came into the store to purchase a bracelet and two clips. I wanted items that were on sale. The sales representative could not find the price for the clips. We finally found one but it probably took at least 25 minutes to find the price of the other one and I felt that she was very unprofessional. Unlike some the other salespeople. This waste the Tuttle Mall store in Dublin, Ohio.
