I had an on-line return that I used Afterpay, but the manager in charge said I could not return in store when I have returned on-line purchases in other Pandora stores crediting Afterpay. I use Afterpay for all my purchases whether in- store or on-line. I also had a birthday month $10 off $10 purchase coupon that they said could only be used on-line though no where on the coupon does it state that limitation. My experience was a total waste of my time & gas expense.

Very dissatisfied with your "Designer" (aka CSR) Bill who "assisted" me. The reason for my visit was to return a necklace I had purchased from your Easton location for my daughter's birthday on Oct. 30. At the time of purchase I had informed the sales associate it would be in excess of 30 days before I would be able to gift the item and I was told it would be "no problem" if I needed to return it. Bill was unpleasant and condescending from the moment he saw my return. There had been a $10.00 Survey coupon code applied to my purchase and Bill refused to refund or credit this back to me. Previously, I've been given a $10.00 Merchandise Credit card to refund the value of the coupon. Instead, Bill opted to sketchily over-ride and manually CHANGE my original purchase price (this has NEVER been done in any Pandora store to me before). I asked if this was a discretionary decision made by a CSR and his response was "that's my understanding". When he presented my refund receipt he gloatingly stated "you received 20 cents more than you PAID". Thank you Bill for your wonderful ambassadorship of Pandora, and making a valued customer who's spent $1000's in your Central Ohio stores feel great.

I purchased bracelet and charms came back next day lost they lost my reciept and could not find purchase and I had to run my credit card again to get my items so now waiting to get that credit back it's by far unacceptable and I even had card company on phone to tell them there was a purchase made there day before....
