I like the bracelets and charms. I thought my bracelet didn’t open but they showed me how but now my bracelet won’t close or the lady broke it. Either way I’m still happy with my bracelet but I’m definitely on my way to get it fixed.

I love how the sales people help you pick out your charms and even help you arrange them on your bracelet or necklace. I am very happy with the service I received.

I was purchasing this as a gift from my nephew. He had given me the funds. I found exactly what I was looking for.

Our experience with Pandora for our latest purchase was a great and easy way of adding charms to my collection. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the new charms that were available. I wanted a particular charm that they had run out of so they gave me one that was on display so I could wear it out of the store. Such a wonderful experience and I have very happy with my new Rose Gold turtle charm!

This visit i was in more of a budget situation, and that day i found a great sale. Not only 1 charm but 2 charms i purchased as a gift.

Sam the sales clerk that assisted me was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. She took the time to show me different options for charms. She took exact time packing my purchases since they were gifts for different individuals.

The store associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. Alexis was awesome…there was someone else who initially helped me and she was great, too. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. No pressure at all…great experience!!

Even though the air conditioning in the mall was gone, the sales representative was so awesome. She kept so cool when she was slowly roasting.
