Had a last minute emergency, had to purchase band for sister inlaw who is getting married today. She is terminally ill with cancer and I arrived yesterday when store was closing and they still took care of me! For that I'm so 🙏 grateful. A million THANK-YOUS!!

The staff was really nice also they were respecting the guidelines of keeping distance and having the areas sanitized. Plus they were all wearing mask.

The moment I arrived I was immediately helped. The employee who was helping me was very patient. She even took her time to clean my bracelet and reorganized all my charms.

I loved how friendly they were, everything was clean they took my temperature at the door gave me hand sanitizer. The wait time was not long at all. And the girls were very professional

Was having problems with my bracelet and fortunately I was lucky enough to have the manager helping me she was amazing

The Sales Associate was very kind and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for. Any questions I had, she answered with great understanding of what I wanted. I had an idea as a theme for my bracelet and with ease, she gave me great options to choose from and ended up buying over 5 charms!

The staff was very respectful and made my shopping very easy.

I sadly can't remember her name but the representative who assisted me went above and beyond and was AMAZING!

Store is clean service is very good except the Waitng time outside the store but that’s understandable during this time The item I want is not available but I found another charm the associate showed Me ,was ok I like it !
