Abigail went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and her knowledge of the merchandise was amazing I would definitely ask for her again and she is an asset to your store.

Due to COVID there was a long wait time. However the staff was very friendly and patient. Once I got into the store the associate was very friendly and fast.

The Sales Associate was extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store was Very Clean and I observed cleaning after each customer was done. Even though they didn't have what I wanted, the Associate recommended a different item that I actually liked better than my original choice. The only problem I experienced was waiting online outside of the store for an hour.

The sales associate had knowledge about what she was doing , she offered multiple options so i can get the one that is better for me and she was very patient.

I was satisfied with my purchase because first and foremost I came in last minute and was still welcomed in with a smile I've never shipped for Jewelry and was thoroughly serviced by a wonderful young lady with amazing product knowledge her service was speedy yet helpful and she was very caring while helping me the manager also was very friendly and amazingly helpful as well and even tho I wasn't help by the other ladies they all wished me a happy holiday on my way out I'm very appreciative of the help I received visit was 100/10 would highly recommend the associate that aided me I was in and out within 15 minutes

Pandora in general is one of my favorite stores the sales associates were very nice and determined to keep us all safe and abiding by COVID procedures
