Even though is a long wait in line now due to the holidays they are dure to take the temperature and give u hand sanitizer when you go inside, they also clean the register and counter u gonna stand in before calling the next person, I love it social distancing its followed there. In regards my purchase I bought the first bracelet for my daughter and amazingly the have a unicorn 🦄 and a rainbow 🌈 charm 😍 my daughter is a big fan of this things so I. Supper happy 😊

My bracelet would not screw off since it had been years since it was gifted to me but everyone from the manager to the sales associate were extremely helpful. Left with a new bracelet & a new charm. SUPER HAPPY!
