Before getting into the store they checked my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer. The store was really clean. The workers were extremely helpful!

The store was very clean. There employees were nice and polite. I do recommend coming here and inviting friends and family to shop.

Customer service is not a department...it’s an attitude. The Pandora employee has the right attitude and provided excellent customer service. The Pandora Corporation should take pride in having such an employee working for them.

There's a wait to enter the store, but it is understandable. Masks are required, they took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer. Once I entered there was only 1 other client in the store and everyone wore a mask. All products were very nice and the attention was great. Clean store 👌

This was my first time at this store location. My first returning and purchasing items in the store. The sales person that helped me was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased on line. She explained to me what the difference was in the type of charms & chains when purchasing. She took her time with me and asked me what I liked and gave me some options. I walked out of that store feeling like a very satisfied customer.

I love Pandora. I'm very satisfied with the store also when I buy online too. Now its the necklace of Pandora me and definitely I want it for my birthday. And ALL THAT AMAZING HARRY POTTER ,JACK AND STAR WARS THINGS.

I honestly forgot the young lady’s name, but she was so quick and straight to the point and i loved it!
