Pandora Jewelry

Tiffany demonstrated excellent customer service. She educated me on how to take care of my product and offered cleaning tools. Also made an up sale. It should be a practice for sales associates to take pictures before they reorganize charms. It was difficult to hear Tiffany especially with the music volume, dividers up, and others speaking loud because we all have masks on. It would be nice if seats were available because customers spend time and money on many Pandora products.

Came for a charm bracelet, the sales rep was nice and was knowledgeable about all the jewelry. Spent 20 mins in the store which was faster than I thought.

Always have the products I want

When entering the store help was already right there. I asked for what I was interested in and got what I wanted. I was offered the sale that was going on and ended up leaving the store with what I wanted plus something extra for an ok price.

The staff is good. Store was clean and products were good.
