Pandora Jewelry

The Queens mall is very busy so there is line at Pandora. It moved fairly quickly and customers got all the attention needed.

Lorena was extremely helpful, professional and assisted me with a wonderful and beautiful gift, her thoughts and perfectionist in picking out sets was indeed wonderful fast and easy for me to purchase and move on to another store.

The sales person was very nice and friendly , helped me choose the right charms for my daughters for Christmas, packed them and even wrote down there names on it !!! Very satisfy . Thank you again 😉

Very good costumer service

Our sales person was friendly and knowledgable. She made great suggestions and explained things clearly. We did have to wait a little to go inside the store, but once inside I felt like my salesperson listened to me.

The associate were very knowledgeable with pricing. The store has a high quality of merchandise. The new charms are so nice.

The sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable we asked for something and she shot right over to it's case and got it. She definitely helped make the sales experience worth the while during the Holiday Shopping craze.

Even though the location was very crowded today, I was very pleased with the way the associates handled the overwhelming amount of customers. Wait time was not terribly long and I didn't feel rushed even though there were a lot of people waiting to be serviced.
