Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time in a Pandora store. I’ve heard about and seen the jewelry on other people. I was greeted with a hello and smile. The staff was will to help and suggested things I wasn’t aware of.. so pleased with the service. I will make more purchases in the further.

I was highly satisfied because it smelled great, the store was spotless, and as soon as you come in there are greetings. The helper is amazing with helping you with what you want.

Sales person was friendly. She was knowledgeable about merchandise. She told us about the safety clips which I currently don’t have. She informed us about sales items and regular priced items

I was greeted right away by a pretty Gemini named Marie. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She educated me on how to clean my ring and on how to store my ring so it would last long. She also explained the warranty process which was really important. I had a wonderful experience at this location and will God willing be back in the future.

Friendly helpful staff

Cynthia the salesperson was very patient and professional. She took her time with us as we were undecided on what we wanted. She also cleaned mine and my daughters bracelet and we are very happy with it. The only disappointment was that the Murano charm I wanted was sold out as it is online but that wasn't her fault. We will definitely be back.

I liked the fact that the sales associate had a lot of knowledge on what she was selling to us. It was also evident that she wanted our product to look and satisfy our friend the best way possible.
