From the moment you walk into the store you feel very welcomed, the workers are all very friendly and helpful, their knowledge helped me find the item I was looking for even through a very vague description, they were able to give me a variety of options and suggestions on how to add items to my bracelet, overall I always have a great experience shopping here.

Throughout my years I have been to this location multiple times usually it’s very busy with lines extending outside of the store but, the associates are always friendly and welcoming. It’s also nice being a returning customer and knowing the names of the people that work there feels like a social club or something. My mother has an obsession with pandora charms and rings so I’m in their stores frequently and it always feels calming to be there.

The Sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable about the merchandise.
