I came in with my daughter just to look and not purchase. The sales associate was so helpful and she showed us different styles and metals as to which looked better. She was not pushy and was easy to talk to and it made the experience so much fun for my daughter and myself that making a purchase just felt right. My daughter is 11 and we had a wonderful girls day at Pandora picking out our bracelets and next charms.
