The store wasn't crowded when I went in and one of the associates immediately cam over to see if we needed help. The associate then proceeded to help me find a charm for a bracelet based on what I was looking for. The whole process was very easy and fast which I really appreciated.

The sales associate went above and beyond with helping me find the charms I wanted. They actually went into the inventory to help me get the Mother’s Day charms I specifically wanted (the Disney dumbo charms both mom and dumbo and the dumbo head). Thank you for the great shopping experience.
