My experience was really really good.

While the line outside was a lengthy wait, the service inside the store was great. I was in and out the store in a short time.

Loved how I asked more multiple items and the sales representative informed me of everything with a lovely attitude 💕. It was quick and easy shopping experience.

Sales person had alot of patience and was willing to show me different items I was looking at. She was willing to look for items in different colors... offered them in different colors

I loved all the service in the Pandora in QCM , I made a line but it was worth it Mia de Sale Associate was super helpful and kind she helped me get my Mother a nice bracelet design for her .

The waiting outside of the store was too long. I wait like an hour and half minutes to be serve. ridiculous.

Daysi was a sweetheart and listened to exactly what I was looking for and got the perfect gift for my family member.

Viviana assisted us with our purchase. She’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. She even demonstrated to us how to polish & clean our pandora bracelets coz I told her mine are not that shiny anymore. After our purchase I asked her name coz I like how she assisted us and I even asked her that when we come back, if we can we look for her to assist us again. She said yes and she gave her name and told us that she’s the store manager ☺️
