I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because as soon as i walked in the store i didn't even have to wait in line. they had absolutely everything i was looking for and were kind enough to let my try on the bracelet i was going to purchase. they gave me advice on what i should get and gave me many options to choose from. i was very satisified with the service that i received.

Although the necklace we initially wanted was not in stock, the Pandora representative (s) went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with what we were purchasing and gave other options that may satisfy our needs. Everyone was very help from start until we left and felt welcome and appreciated.

And high quality merchandise.. the only thing that bother me was that I wanted to get my bracelet clean but I couldn’t cause they said they didn’t have the cleaning cloths.. that was also the reason I went too.. otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase..
