All of the associates were extremely helpful. The ladies made sure my experience was great in finding the options that I wanted. They also created a great moment by sharing their bracelet and their likes of each of them.

My sales associate was Sabrina.I went to the queens center mall..the sales person was sooo nice and friendly to me..I got the the thing what I wanted.she showed me right away and I picked the right size right away.

The staff were engaging with both myself and my kids who came in the store with me. They were patient as we chose pieces together, you know kids could be difficult to get decisions out of. The staff waited, smiled and made suggestions through the whole process.

I went with 2 of my grandbabies to buy a charm bracelet for my daughter the kids picked up what they liked and the sales girl was very nice to help them we were in the store about a hour looking for charms that will represent everyone in the family the sales girl had alot of patience on top of that exchanged a charm the my granddaughter bracelet the stone fell of the turtle charm and cleaned my bracelet and my granddaughters all the woman in my family have a pandora charm bracelet and my 34 year old daughter finally has hers we all know she will be very happy enjoyvthe holiday very one
