Alison is the sales associate who assisted me with my purchase. This was my first time at Pandora , I came to pick out a gift from my mother but for myself. Alison was so patient as I looked through the jewelry cases and wanted to view and try on multiple pieces, she voluntarily added the charms to each bracelet so I could get the whole look and feel of each item. I ended up leaving with way more than I planned to. I only came to purchase 1 bracelet with charms. I ended up buying 2 bracelets, charms and 2 necklaces with charms. If Alison had been the Rushy type of Sales woman I don’t believe I would have purchased as many pieces as I did. Whenever I feel that at any establishment I take my biz elsewhere and do not return to that location. I did but a Newer bracelet which there were not many charms for yet and that was my only disappointment. I also met one the male managers who was also very friendly. I actually had a great time shopping and chatting with these employees. This was a very special occasion for my as it was for my bday the gift and a celebration of life looking forward to 8 months with my new kidney.

Yelanice was extremely polite and took her time. She explained every deal and prices. Because of her I’m returning to do more purchases.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because it was very straightforward with the sale associate. She even helped me with issues I had with my current Pandora bracelet and offered me to get the key chain. Overall I enjoyed my experience and most likely go back!
