I had to travel to this location to get an item that was no longer in stock at any of the locations around me, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the over experience I had. Giselle the sales rep was very pleasant and very helpful. She was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to her for future purchases. Thank you Giselle you are amazing.

Giselle is the epitome of customer service. She was patient and empathetic when it came to hearing my concerns. I came to Pandora to look at a new charm, unsure if i wanted to spend money here again, and while i was there, i explained how unhappy i was with my last purchase. She spoke to the store manager about the possibility of exchanging the items and they immediately told her no. She knew i wasn’t happy, so suggested i speak to them myself and im glad i did. Eventually, they resolved the issue and i was a happy customer thanks to Giselle. She spent close to two hours with me and i ended up spending almost $300 on my visit, which is much more than i anticipated to spend before walking thru the door. I will definitely be returning to this store to see her for my future purchases. In fact, ive already recommended her to a few of my friends who shop at Pandora. Giselle truly is a gem and you guys are very fortunate to have her at your store. Thank you Giselle! :)
