I had to exchange a bracelet because the stone fell out. The staff was magnificent. Brittany was able to show me a replacement I loved.

The lady that toke care of us was so nice. It was three of us my mother, aunt and myself. She has a lot of patience with us I changed my mind about a charm and she was very knowledgeable about the product helped me get exactly what I wanted. Really hope she's there when i go back!!
