Sale associate was very professional and helpful. I was buying rings for my 12 year old daughter and she was very patient and was making suggestions for my daughter.

Whenever I go to this store its always a great experience. The girls know their stuff.

The sales person greeted me and helped me with a perticular ring then another person also hepled with the size.

I was highly satisfied because I came into the store looking for one specific thing and although it was not available, the employee in the store introduced other similar and better options. I was satisfied with the price of the product and the super high quality of the product. I was also satisfied with the packaging of the product. With the high price of the product, it was nice to have quality packaging to ensure safe and attractive storage for my jewelry.

Though the item i was looking for was not available in my size, which is the second time i've come to this location and the item i'm looking for is not available in my size, the sales associate was nice. I was able to find something else i like as well as get my older jewelry cleaned, which i was not aware of until the associate mentioned it.

First and foremost every time I visit this stores Queens center mall I’m well taken care of. The employees that work there welcome you with their warm smiles. The employees makes sure you walk out feeling satisfied. FYI and I always make sure I come back.
